The Om Moms proudly offers the internationally famous and ever so popular Yogabellies classes from the UK.
Luna Hatha flow is a style of yoga for everyone who enjoy to move on the mat to simply get moving. It is suitable for both beginners, and more advanced yogis wanting to grow and advance on their practice. Luna Hatha flow uses traditional Hatha asana which calm the mind, body and soul and prepares the yogi for a deeper meditation.
Do not worry if you are a beginner, I will guide your through the postures and for those with experience we will build on this through alignment and weekly practice. The classes run for an hour, there are different weekly breathing exercises to enter our practice, a 45 minute flowing yoga sequence, and a fully guided yoga nidra with aromatherapy and gentle hypnotic sounds.
Each week we look at the phase of the lunar cycle and move with the moon. Expect energetic sun and mellow moon salutations where you can enjoy the power of the opposites and create harmony and balance. Yoga meets spa, with aromatherapy and inspiring music for that all important ‘me time’ in your life. This one hour is pure indulgence.
