Our Hatha flow is a style of yoga for everyone who likes to move on the mat or who want to simply get moving again. It is suitable for both beginners, and more advanced yogis plus is great postnatally for moms looking to work on rebuilding the body. Think abs, core and pelvic floor! Postnatally our bodies need to recover whether that be just after having a baby or later on. This class focuses on the women’s body, wellness in the mind and body, strength, and power. And after class what better way to feel good than to enjoy a healthy juice provided by Circle cafe.
Expect to stretch, move to energetic sun salutations and train your core. This is a total women’s well being session for the mind, body, and soul.
Each week there will be a different theme to the class where we explore different parts of the body to nourish and care for. Think rebuild and tone as this is a workout for your core and your mind!
