Each retreat we make sure there are relevant guests to help you on your journey, anything and anyone from surviving pregnancy to ommmming your unborn baby to sleep with the gentle instrumental music paradise of sound healing. Whether you choose to go on a Mommy to be day retreat or a couples to be weekend retreat you will be filled with knowledge and relaxation. You will be ready to take on the rest of your pregnancy in a confident, comfortable (no pregnancy waddles here!) stride.
All our retreats are in beautiful locations in Dubai where you can enjoy nature, gorgeous surroundings plus good food! Our aim is to take our yoga, and birth preparation, outside but we also want a little pampering along the way. Good food, good location, good vibes.
At our mommy to be retreats we offer prenatal yoga using the internationally famous registered Yogabellies techniques from the UK. We also look at Hypnobirthing and how it can help you prepare for a calm and confident birth. Just to add to the magic we offer Hypnoyoga where we fuse Hypnobirthing and prenatal yoga for the winning cocktail (or I should say mocktail!) combination. Each retreat you will experience the joy of prenatal yoga, Hypnobirthing and Hypnoyoga but each retreat is different, with new locations, and new guests speakers talking about all things from birth to baby sleep and doulas to dieticians.
A lot of thought goes into each retreat to make it special. At each retreat we focus on the reason why we are there, whether it be to relax in pregnancy or prepare for birth. At each retreat we will practice yoga and then add the magic sparkle of our retreats intention. We move to different locations around Dubai depending on the length of your retreat, encouraging you to leave the outside world behind so we make sure the setting is just right for you. We are outside in nature, its time to destress from your busy life and relax, disconnect from technology and connect with bump, and detox your body and mind. Think good vibes, good life.
