In this Breathing Bundle there are 4 breathing techniques and each one we will visit a place of peace and tranquillity so you can relax, breath and let go.
Whether this is your first venture into motherhood, or your second, third or fourth. Or maybe it has been a while. Wherever you are whatever stage of mom hood it is a beautiful experience but can come with anxiety, feelings of being overwhelmed and sleepless nights (however old your baby, child, or not so young child!). Breathing slowly, deeply and purposing can help reduce these feelings and introduce calm into the mind. As we connect the body and mind together through the breath you will learn how to let go.
