There are two workshops first is the birth partner workshop and second is the birth workshop. Come along to one or both! These workshops are included in the full Hypnobirthing toolbox course.
Birth Partner workshop is for both mom and birth partner to learn important breathing techniques for pregnancy and birth together. You will also learn various yoga postures and movement styles to help in early labour, promote active labour and aid in the all important breathing baby down stage. Birth partners will be given the opportunity to empower themselves with knowledge to become the secret weapon in the birthing room.
Birth workshop is a practical step by step guide of birth itself and the many routes it may take. We start with writing birth plans and go through the journey of birth and how to achieve the best birth possible for you. Think breathing, yoga, knowledge and power all in one class.
Are you looking to have a calm and confident birth? Have you already heard of the magical word Hypnobirthing and wondered what it is all about and how it can help you. Or are you looking for practical classes on what happens and how the body gives birth? The Om Moms Hypnobirthing toolbox birthing courses both IN PERSON and ONLINE are designed to help you discover how to relax in pregnancy, to prepare yourself for birth, and achieve the best birthing experience for you and your baby. Classes are for both you and your partner (yes they are invited too!) to learn together and plan for your big day either in person (in Dubai) or an online course.
Touch is so important in the early stages so cuddle your baby, use skin to skin, boost your relaxation hormones and massage your baby. The Om Moms offers classes which are specifically designed for Moms, Dads and new babies. Come alone or come together more the merrier as this class is for parents. Our classes are run in 5 week blocks to learn the full body baby massage. You will learn how to safely massage your baby whilst spending time to bond, help induce relaxation into your baby, and relax together. You will also discover baby yoga and how the stretches aid common ailments and flexibility.
Have you had a baby and are looking for a class where you and your baby can have fun together? This class is for baby and it is for you! The Om Moms classes are specifically designed for Moms and new babies. This is a fun and active class with yoga for baby, yoga for two and yoga for Mom. For baby there are simple stretches to help build strength and flexibility (and also help aid, relieve gas and colic and help baby sleep!), yoga poses for two to connect and move together and yoga for Mom focusing on rebuilding the muscles and areas affected when pregnant and giving birth (back, abs and pelvic floor!) all this and so much more. These classes are run as single classes or in blocks so you can enjoy the journey. Come along and meet your new mom gang!
