Two very unique workshops focusing on the important role of the birth partner and birth itself. Both these workshops run for two and a half hours and you can do one or both depending on your focus and what you want to learn. If you are on a Hypnobirthing course at The Om Moms they are session 3 and 4.
They are both jam packed practical workshops full of information but not only that they get you breathing and moving. Except to leave feeling empowered and in control. You will be ready to take on pregnancy, birth and beyond with a newfound confidence.
Have you had a baby and are looking for a class where you and your baby can have fun together? This class is for baby and it is for you! The Om Moms offers the amazingly famous Yogabellies weekly classes which are specifically designed for Moms and new babies. This is a fun and active class with yoga for baby, yoga for two and yoga for Mom. For baby there are simple stretches to help build strength and flexibility (and also help aid, relieve gas and colic and help baby sleep!), yoga poses for two to connect and move together and yoga for Mom focusing on rebuilding the muscles and areas affected when pregnant and giving birth (back, abs and pelvic floor!) all this and so much more. These classes are run in blocks so you can enjoy the journey, meet your new mom friends and we even go for breakfast together after!
Nurturing touch is so important in the early stages so cuddle your baby, use skin to skin, boost your relaxation hormones and massage your baby. The Om Moms offers the amazingly famous Yogabellies classes which are specifically designed for Moms and new babies. We are here for you in the early stages to help transition into your new wonderful life as a Mom. This is a time to connect, nurture and bond with your little one. In our classes you will learn how to safely massage your baby whilst spending time to bond, help induce relaxation into your baby, and relax together. So much going on all in complete zen. These classes are run as a course to learn the full body baby massage, meet your new mom friends and we even go for breakfast together after!
