Birth partners assemble for this workshop to allow both mom and partner to learn important breathing techniques for pregnancy and birth, practice postures together for early and active labour, discover how to navigate the journey in to the hospital, and a complete walk through of birth. This is a workshop for both to enjoy together, connect and feel empowered though knowledge. Get ready for birth and parenthood together.
How to make yoga fun. Add kids is the answer! At The Om Moms we offer Lil Oms for our budding mini yogis. Our classes introduce mindfulness and yoga for kids with fun interactive stories told in yoga poses. This class offers strength, balance, and confidence for kids in a fun yet safe manner. The Om Moms proudly offers Lil Oms classes for kids aged between 3-8 using the Internationally renowned Cosmic Kids methods. Each week we will go on a new yoga adventure and have lots of fun of fun (and after you will have a more zenned out little one to take home!)

This is a fun and active class with yoga for baby, yoga for two and yoga for Mum. For baby there are simple stretches to help build strength and flexibility (and also help aid, relieve gas and colic and help baby sleep!), yoga poses for two to connect and move together and yoga for Mom focusing on rebuilding the muscles and areas affected when pregnant and giving birth (back, abs and pelvic floor!) all this and so much more. These classes are run in blocks so you can enjoy the journey, meet your new mom friends and we even go for breakfast together after!
