Online is a fantastic option for those who would like to yoga and educate at home whether that be alongside in person classes or if time and travel are preventing you. Here we take the travel hassle away and allow you to experience The Om Moms from the comfort of your own home.
The moms events are an opportunity to enjoy more than a weekly class and come experience baby yoga and massage, practice moms yoga, and meet postnatal specialists who will talk and answer questions in their field of expertise. At the moms events there is a breakfast or brunch to meet the moms where you can hang out with your new gang and then depending on the venue pools or a beach club to relax together and enjoy the rest of the day. Moms events are run on special occasions too so we can celebrate and get in the spirit of the time of year. The moms events are to bring the COMMUNITY of moms together. Join The Club!
At The Om Moms we offer day events for moms to be to experience time outdoors in nature to experience yoga, breathing, and the opportunity to learn Hypnobirthing techniques. At mom to be events will get to meet professionals in the field of pregnancy and birth from doulas to dieticians. The Om Moms events are a not to be missed day out for any mom to be who is looking for relaxation, knowledge and exercise to enhance their pregnancy and aid their birthing experience.
Have you had a baby and are looking for a class where you and your baby can have fun together? This class is for baby and it is for you! The Om Moms offers classes which are specifically designed for Moms and new babies and is a fun and active class with yoga for baby, yoga for two and yoga for Mom. For baby there are simple stretches to help build strength and flexibility (and also help aid, relieve gas and colic and help baby sleep!), yoga poses for two to connect and move together and yoga for Mom focusing on rebuilding the muscles and areas affected when pregnant and giving birth (back, abs and pelvic floor!) all this and so much more.
Nurturing touch is so important in the early stages so cuddle your baby, use skin to skin, boost your relaxation hormones and massage your baby. The Om Moms offers classes which are specifically designed for new moms and babies where you will learn how to safely massage your baby whilst spending time to bond, help induce relaxation into your baby, and relax together. These classes are run as a 6 week course to learn the full body baby massage where you can drop in for single sessions or join the whole course for the full massage and experience.
